  1. Open the folder with your company file.
  2. Lookout for files with the same name as your company file but with extensions .ND & .TLG.

(Example- Companyfilename.QBW.ND or Companyfilename.TLG)

  1. Right-click on the files and choose Rename.
  2. Add .OLD at the last of the company file name.

  1. Open QuickBooks Tools Hub and select Network Issues.
